The objective of this module is to acquaint participants with
some
specific tools of Control Self-Assessment (CSA).
At the end of this module, participants will:
- understand the two basic tools of CSA.
- understand the development and use of workshops
and
questionnaires.
- learn how to use these tools effectively with
the clients.
- become more comfortable addressing the CCSA
exam questions
related to these basic CSA tools.
