SAproxy http://saproxy.bloomba.com/ is a tool that uses SpamAssassin http://au2.spamassassin.org/index.html to filter spam out of your inbox so that you don't have to. 

 

It is useable by any POP3 email client. 

 

Installation is simple: just download, install, right click on the icon that should appear in your notification area in the bottom right corner of the screen, select view manual, and follow the directions based on your specific email client.
