I would like to thank you for the success you provided me over the past month to pass successfully yesterday the CCSA examination here in the DFW area. I travelled to Poland on business with Commercial Metals Company during September and utilised your 2nd edition while on the plane and in the hotel room to prepare for the examination methodically. It took one read-through and then one pass at the questions (without answers) and then checking my answers with the questions again (with answers), all contained within the 2nd edition. I had ordered the 2nd edition's CD ROM version, but printed it all out and bound it prior to travelling to avoid airline procedure-related interruptions with respect to operating electronic devices on their airplanes during take-off and landing. And as it turned out, throughout the trip I remained studying that hardcopy form of the 2nd edition. And yesterday, still jet-lagged from the trip I managed to pass the exam at a Pearson testing site in Hurst, TX. So, there was the success with Pleier's materials.

I've been an auditor for over 20 years and last year, I lost my job due to
downsizing.  Since I was not certified, it was very difficult for me to get a
new job.  As a result, I chose to sit for the CCSA exam and passed it on the
first try!  I never would have passed the test if I didn't purchase your study

I am delighted to inform you that I have PASSED the CCSA exam from the first time. I have attended a 4 days CSA workshop and I have read a CSA book in order to obtain the CSA basics.  However, when I bought your CSA study system materials three days before I set for the exam, I found some additional areas that are not included in other books and these areas are essential stuff in the CCSA Exam.

The way you explained and wrote the materials are very simple and direct to the point. I do NOT remember at anytime that I asked myself “what John means by that?”. It was crystal. Indeed, your course is outlining most of the required CCSA aspects.

I strongly advise anyone who wants to be a CCSA to go through your course materials.

I attended the IIA facilitation training in Boston this past August where you
were the instructor - well I passed the CCSA exam and owe it to the course and
your study guide that I ended up purchasing at the training.  I was very pleased
with the study materials and practice questions at the back of the guide.  In
